Delhi to be reshaped after Master Plan 2021

Delhi, the capital of India has been the center of administrative and political activities and it's has caused it the massive disturbance since after the independence when people from all across the country migrated towards it and caused there urban problems like population chaos, urbanization and population turbulence as well too.   

To release the city from the overcrowded masses, the people from all across the country agreed to the DDA PPP Model, where, population more than 10 million is to be set and reinstated under the Land  Pooling Policy  and MPD 2021.  Here, under the land acquisition policy, they have come up with Master Plan Delhi 2021 issuing master plan Delhi notification S.O 2687, 5th 2013.

Under this notification, private players have now be being enrolled with government agencies to develop  five sub cities in the capital. Under new policy private builders are allowed to acquire land directly from farmers and construct residential complexes. Under the new Master Plan 2021, five new sub cities at the border of Delhi capable of holding the accumulated population of Noida and Greater Noida are on the way according to the PPP Model in Delhi.

Under master plan 2021 map, National Capital of Delhi has been divided into  15 planning zones as ‘A’ to ‘P’. The biggest goal that MPD 2021 tries to achieve is to construct around estimated 24 lakh residential homes for about 23 million people by 2021.  These houses will sustain the additional pressure of population on Delhi that will become than 2.3 crore by 2021.   

In the decided upon designated zones under MPD 2021, the most important and relevant and important zone include Zone L, Zone PII and Zone KI. Zone L is consisted of about 46 villages by Najafgarh in West Delhi. It is learnt as to be the most important place for the residential plot and activities in the plan.
